Terms and Conditions

1. Who may register

This portal is provided to teachers taking part in a content review programme. It is not a service for students, and content on it is not published for general access.

You must be eighteen years of age or older to register. This is not a formality: the portal records viewing behaviour against your identity, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 does not permit that kind of monitoring for children.

2. Your account

• Register with your own name and your own email address, and keep them accurate.
• One account per person. Do not register more than once and do not register on someone else's behalf.
• Your password is yours to keep confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

There is no email verification step at registration, so nobody checks that the address you enter is genuinely yours. An address entered incorrectly means that a password-reset link, or a reply to a request you make, will not reach you.

An administrator may deactivate an account. A deactivated account cannot sign in and any open session ends on its next request, but nothing is deleted and the account can be switched back on.

3. What the portal is for

You may browse the learning content made available to you, watch the videos, and submit your feedback on them. That is the whole purpose of your access, and it is the only use these terms permit.

4. The content, and what you may do with it

The videos are hosted on YouTube and remain the property of their respective owners. The structure of the material on this portal, and the portal itself, belong to the client or their licensors. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

Your access is view-only. You may not download, copy, re-record, re-upload, redistribute, publish or make any commercial use of the content, and you may not create derivative works from it.

5. Acceptable use

While using the portal you agree not to:

• Share your account, your password or your access with anyone else.
• Use automated tools to access, scrape or download any part of the portal or its content.
• Interfere with the recording of your viewing, or attempt to have a video marked as watched without watching it.
• Attempt to reach another teacher's records, the administrative screens, or any data that is not yours.
• Probe, disrupt or attempt to break the portal's security, or upload anything malicious to it.
• Misrepresent who you are, or use the portal for any unlawful purpose.

6. Recording of your viewing

The portal records which parts of each video you play, and marks a video as watched once you have played 90% of it. This record is visible to you as a tick against the video, and to an administrator as part of the review programme's record.

By using the portal you acknowledge that this recording takes place. How it works and what is kept is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

7. Feedback

The feedback form may be submitted once. Once submitted, your responses cannot be revised or withdrawn, and the form is not shown to you again — which is why you are asked to confirm before it is recorded. Please review your answers before confirming.

Feedback you submit may be used to review and revise the content. You confirm that what you submit is your own and that you are free to give it.

8. Availability

The portal is provided as it stands. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Because the videos live on YouTube and only their links are held here, a video that is deleted, made private or blocked from embedding on the YouTube channel will stop playing on the portal. The portal cannot detect this on its own. If a video will not play, please report it rather than assuming your account is at fault.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or withdrawn if these terms are breached, or when the review programme concludes. You may stop using the portal at any time and ask for your account to be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown at the top. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [ to be provided by the client ] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
